My Story of Finding Me

You might be wondering who I am and what I am about. I mean, why should you listen to me? Well, let me first start off by introducing where I have came from. I come from the big walkable city of Boston. But for many years, I was away from home and for many reasons. Throughout my years away came growth. To put it lightly, I was a young woman who didn’t have her things together. I grew but the scars were painful, I learned but the damage seemed too great, I ran, I stumbled, I walked, I trotted. Stumbled in and out of God’s embrace. Stumbled in and out of God’s will for my life.

The thing is I wanted to heal…so so badly. I wanted to be the one that had her stuff together and all of her ducks in a row. I just couldn’t seem to get it right. I always thought “I just need to get lost to find my way”. And so I did just that, I got lost. I got lost. Searching for my inner peace and never realizing who provided that sense of comfort had be losing myself each day. And now, I have found my peace through God and am back and within the journey of healing and self discovery.

Develop Your Own Beauty. Heal Like Never Before.

Be Who You Have Been Created To Be Through Embracing Your Scars and Healing…

Your beauty is something that can not be easily defined. It’s not your clothes, your shoes, or your jewelry but rather who you intrinsically are. Your spirit. We are going to delve deeper into the all-encompassing aspect of YOU. Not just your faith, not just your beauty, and not just your fashion sense. It’ll be all three along with much more. This site is meant to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. To help you become the woman that you’ve always wanted to be. We will do this by us first taking a look at who WE are and who God has created us to be. Through that, we’ll be able to find that woman who’ve we’ve always wanted to be that may seem dormant within us.

I recommend taking the time out to first read about how to spiritually grow. I find that the key to grow is all aspects starts from within us. If we do not make that inner change then everything that we’ve built can crumble to pieces right in front of our faces. Start with feeding your spirit with the scripture of God. Cleansing ourselves, renewing our minds, and healing our hearts. Once we’ve begun the work on ourselves internally, there will be an outward glow about us as well. The right there is our beginning basis and foundations of our beauty. Everything else that we may add, fashion, face routines, and fancy jewelry, will then be an addition to what already has been bestowed upon and within us. The beauty of God.

We Will Go Deeper Into What Makes You, You

Christian Growth

“Faith without deeds is dead.” How many times have we heard that? For me, I heard it all of my life. My question, though, is what does it mean to be spiritually dead? And how can we be revived back to life again? We will take the time to painstakingly answer this question with faith, fasting, and deliverance

Self Discovery

A recent excerpt from my journal: “I am just trying to find me. The person that I am before I was abused. I don’t know that woman. I don’t know that girl.” I am still learning myself but I want to share with you what I’ve been learning about myself, hopefully, it will also help you in your journey of self discovery

Beauty and Fashion

One of the ways that I have discovered my own beauty has been through trial and error. Through pitfall after pitfall of trying on makeup, balancing my tops with my bottoms, and incorporating a style that I love. If beauty and fashion interests you, then I beckon you to join subscribe, I have so much to share with you

Healing Journey

Healing is not just a journey it’s a war. A war that we show up to day after day, whether we are “intentionally” healing or not, we must show up for ourselves and that, in and of itself, is very healing. Healing is not linear. It does not go into one straight line but it ebbs and flows. As I am also on my healing journey, I want to tell you this gem: “You are not indestructible but that is where lies your strength.”

Self Love

Self love. It has such a nice ring to it. The loving of yourself is almost as enriching to your soul as loving others. As it says in Mark 12:30-31, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Loving yourself, therefore, is key in understanding how to love others. I can tell you that self love is not something so cut and dry as you may think

Womanly-hood

What does it mean to be a woman? A grown woman? Well, We will break this down even further as there is no clear cut answer. It’s not just in femininity, it’s not just in the clothes you wear, it’s not just in mentality, and it’s not just in paying your bills. Then what is it in exactly? Let’s break it down even further, being a woman lies in our “be-ing”and not just in what we do. It’s not just enacting what we think makes us a woman but rather, what makes us better for our tomorrow.

Don’t Hide Behind Your Smile. Don’t Shy From Healing.

It is hard to just be when you are beaten down by life. You no longer need to just “smile through it”. Don’t shy away from healing, it is where your true smile lies.

What We Provide

A Sense Of Understanding

While life can take all sorts of turns which can be heart-wrenching, weird, confusing, and so much more, we provide you a way to understand what you go through through a biblical perspective.

Each blog post will have scriptures backing up our why’s behind why we do what we do and say what we say.

We hope that through the blogs written, that you’ll come away with a deeper understanding, as far as we can go, about the world, the universe, and about yourself. Also, not only that, but we will be going over practical ways of how you can stand on your two feet as a Woman of God and what that looks like.

For Women Struggling To Be Authentic

“There is no greater victory then to love yourself, to heal, while in your darkness.”

Our Objective

This Blog’s Purpose

It is to help you live, and to live freely. It is to inspire you, to help you grow, and to heal you. It is meant to be the breath of fresh air in a boundless, endless sea of uncertainty.

It is completely okay to heal and it is okay to be in that space of healing. It is okay to take up space and it is okay to prioritize you.

This blog is unfortunately not meant to be for those that want a quicker way to healing as it takes many years of trial and error to achieve true healing, to discover your own beauty, and to discover who you are besides just what you do. If you are interested in working on this journey for years to come (with or without this blog), we encourage you to read on…
